You must be a FAST IMPLEMENTER. We only want to work with people who will be QUICK to implement what they learn.

If you are afraid to take decisive, massive action- or a person who needs to have all their questions & “what ifs” answered first because you’re afraid to make a mistake, then DO NOT apply. PLEASE

We want a “ Ready, Fire, Aim” type of person.

You must be willing and able to devote at least 2 hours a day to doing real estate.

Good communication skills are a must.

If you’re the type of person that needs extreme hand holding and that needs to have everything spelled out for you in excruciating details then this is NOT for you.

This One on One Coaching/Systems Setup Program will require an investment from you in the following:

Marketing & Systems - you must have a marketing budget of at least $900 per month. 

There is a coaching fee, which we will review with you over the phone. You will have to pay this fee up front in full. 

This “Fee” is significant. But you should be able to make all of it back in your first 1-2 deals.

If you are pinching pennies, this One on One Coaching/Systems Setup is probably not for you. We are looking for serious players that have money to invest in their futures.
